We’re not actively hiring right now, but we’re always interested in hearing from engineers who have worked on server- side data infrastructure, customer data platforms, or high- throughput event pipelines. If that describes you, send us a short note with a link to something you’ve built.
How we build
- Engineering-led, not sales-led. Every technical claim on this site is implemented in the product. No demos wired to backends we haven’t built.
- Small team, high responsibility. We ship features end-to-end rather than handing them off. You will own whole services, not tickets.
- Customer-hosted discipline. Every design decision has to work inside a customer VPC where we have no access. That constraint forces better architecture.
- Documentation-first. If a feature isn’t documented, it isn’t done. Our docs are a product in their own right.
- Long-horizon by design. Datafly is privately funded with the runway to build for the long term. We hire in pace with the product, not against an externally-imposed growth timeline.
